Je suis Ingénieur de formation initiale.
Après avoir passé 15 années à piloter des équipes et à mettre en mouvement des collectifs dans de petites puis de grandes structures, je me suis intéressée particulièrement aux ingrédients qui permettaient aux personnes de travailler efficacement ensemble, ou pas.

Aujourd’hui, après 15 années de pratique, je propose différentes prestations.
